This training is designed to teach community members best practices for preserving fruits and vegetables through dehydration, freezing, cold storage, and water bath and pressure canning. This is a hands on “train-the-trainer” workshop, meaning that participants will go home with materials and experiences to enable them to confidently teach best practices in their own communities.
